For any strategy and action plan to be meaningful, successful implementation is a must. They do not, however, get implemented by themselves, but through committed efforts of people who work together, which is why proper implementation structures are indispensable.
Within the NDPHS the main burden of the implementation process rests with its expert groups, whose leaderships we are pleased to
introduce to you in this e-newsletter issue.
We have also included two articles addressing strategic issues seen from a macro-regional cooperation perspective and an article listing key results of our regional project.

The NDPHS e-Newsletter is published by the Northern Dimension Partnership in Public Health and Social Wellbeing (NDPHS) Secretariat in Stockholm, Sweden.
It is published bi-annually.
