New EU-funded platform enables students to access €450 million of unclaimed scholarships

There are 12,000 scholarship programs in the EU. Studies show that up to 20% of them remain unclaimed. The newly launched platform european-funding-guide.eu brings students and niche scholarships together.

The online-platform www.european-funding-guide.eu supports high school students, students and PhD candidates finding financial aid for their academic studies. For the first time in Finland a special matching-method searches our database with more than 300 scholarships specifically targeted at Finnish students and shows each user the matching scholarships for his curriculum.

The database contains a great variety of scholarships that support students e.g. paying their cost of living, financing their semester abroad or supporting them during their dissertation. In addition, the platform provides numerous templates for applications and articles about how to apply for a scholarship.
