Glace implant is a unique combination of biostable composite material and dissolving bioactive glass. Biostable glass fiber-reinforced composite is made to provide durable and anatomically formed over-lay structure for the implant. Bioactive and antimicrobial part of Glace implant is tailored bioactive glass, which has been shown clinically to be the superior among many different bioceramic compositions. Glace Implants enhance bone growth.

Skulle Implants provides two lines of GLACETM implants:

Patient specific, GLACETM Custom Made –implants: Made to measure in any shape, structure or form. Durable yet lightweight regardless of implant size. Which are manufactured according to 3D model made from the patient´s CT-scan.

GLACETM standard –implants: Range of 15 different shape and sizes to ensure perfect fit. Product line has cranial implants, orbital floor plates and burr hole covers.
