This 7 page document contains a comprehensive review of the economic development of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Poland. Each country section contains information on GDP, investment, sectorial growth, unemployment and other measures of economic development.

This edition also contains an article by Hannu Halinen, Director of the Secretariat of the Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS) on economic cooperation within the Baltic Sea region. The article states that:
