BIOnale 2004 – 2-4 November, 2004, Maastricht

Taking place over 3 days in Maastricht, the Netherlands BIOnale 2004 will feature a market place, meeting place and partnering sessions.

The meeting place is the congress, with sessions on enterprise in life sciences, financing life sciences, and enabling society and life sciences. The meeting place will also have a series of satelite conferences with sessions including European strategy for life sciences, biotechnology drugs and creation of successful regional bioclusters. It is in the latter session that Bo Samuelsson, chairman of ScanBalt, will present the ScanBalt bioregion.

The market place is a trade fair with most of the major biotech companies well represented.

BIOnale is the first event where a new mobile telephone system, for meeting planning,  will be used. You can plan your visit (meetings for the partnering event etc) to BIOnale beforehand and during the conference you will be able to check your time schedule through your mobile phone.
