BIONALE 2004 – Stem Cells and Biotechnology
At the forthcoming BIONALE conference in Maastricht, the presentations will include content on stem cells and biotechnology partnerships.
Dr. Philippe Archinard will deliver a ‘challenging statement’ concerning the increasing gap between European stem cell research and the US but also competition from Asia.
Mrs Lynn K. Mytelka, director of the United Nations University, will look at the role of partnership in developing countries biotechnological development.
ScanBalt will be present at one of the satellite conferences where Bo Samuelsson will present the ScanBalt model, in a session entitled ‘Creation of a successful regional (bio)cluster.
