As the EU-Commission’s quality labeling system for cluster organisations, the European Cluster Excellence Initiative (ECEI) ensures that cluster organisations are professionally managed and has focus on providing value to members and stakeholders of the cluster. The criteria for receiving the Gold Label include organisation, strategy, finance, members, services, results and recognition of the cluster organisation.
