EY Public Value Award for Plasma Application

Another success for Coldplasmatech, a spin-off of the INP-Leibniz-Institute for Plasma Research and Technology. The young Greifswald-based medtec company has recently been awarded with the EY Public Value Award.

The consulting firm EY donates this prize to young companies with business models, products or services that are especially valuable to society.

Coldplasmatech’s “Plasmapatch” allows for a simple, safe and fast application of cold plasma to wounds where it initiates the healing process. The approval procedure for this promising medtec product has been launched in November 2015.
