International Seminar & Brokerage Event for Researchers and SMEs: 04 March, Latvia

An international seminar and brokerage event which will take place in Riga on 4th March, 2005. To The main aim will be to foster cooperation between Latvian and European  research organizations and  SMEs in the area of Life Sciences, genomics and biotechnology for health and to establish business contacts and  partnership for the successful participation in EU FP6 funded projects.

The event is being organised by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Latvia, Latvian National Contact Point for EU Sixth Framework Programme for Research and Technology Development (FP6) and  Latvian Technological Center (the partner of EU FP6 project “SMEsGoLifeSciences).

The main topics are:

– Collaboration between researchers and SMEs
– Participation in lifescience related projects in FP6
– Matchmaking between SMEs and researchers
