New VINNOVA Report: Swedish Biotechnology Industry Status

VINNOVA has produced a new report, describing in great detail, the Swedish Biotechnology and Life Sciences sector. The report, which can be downloaded from their website, shows that 40 000 people are employed in the sector by approximately 800 companies involved with the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical sector. The report shows the dominance of the Stockholm/Uppsala region, followed by Malmo/Lund.
