Nordic Growth Management 2007, Action Learning for Executives from Growth Companies, at SIMI.
Only a small percentage of Growth Companies succeed in becoming sustainable, international companies, or in being acquired at a premium by larger companies in search of growth potential.
But this is not inevitable. Many Growth Companies fail to realize their full potential for reasons that are at least partially foreseeable and often avoidable. Owners & executives may lack the ambition and/or personal skill needed to transform the company from a ‘venture’ to a large, international company.
The Nordic Growth Management Program has been designed by KTH Executive School and SIMI in cooperation with TEM at the Danish Technical University and the Executive School at the Helsinki University of Technology to increase the percentage of Growth Companies that continue profitable, international growth.
