Polish students awarded Novo Nordisk – ScanBalt Scholarships
The Novo Nordisk – ScanBalt scholarship programme in Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical sciences has been awarded to two students, from the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology, University of Gdansk/Medical University of Gdansk. These will be for a six month period.
The students, and their subjects, are:
Monica Ryba for the project: “Estimation of telomerase activity level in human stimulated and non-stimulated NK cells”
Tomasz Zaremba for the project: “Creation of substrate for testing the activity of the Hsp100/Cip chaperone proteins in vitro and in vivo”.
ScanBalt and Novo Nordisk wishes the students well with their studies and an update of their activities will be provided later in the year.
