Professorship in Nano-Food science, Denmark
Applications are invited for a permanent position as professor in nano food-science at the Interdisciplinary Nanoscience Center, iNANO, (www.inano.au.dk). The position is open from January 1, 2006.
Applicants should have a strong record within the area of food science, preferably with a background in chemistry and/or molecular biology, and with original scientific production at high international standards. In addition the preferred candidate must demonstrate experience in coordinating research on the interface between different scientific disciplines, such as nano science/technology, molecular biology or related medical/biological sciences. The position is intended to strengthen and coordinate food science activities at the University of Aarhus in collaboration with external industrial and public science laboratories.
