You are welcome to join the final seminar of the BaltCityPrevention project!
The Seminar is organized as a side event of the WIS conference on 26 August 13:00 – 16:00 (12:00-15:00 CEST) as a webinar.
The aim is to present the main results of this three-year Interreg project by introducing the new lifestyle intervention model. The key elements of the intervention model are the participation of the user group, co-creation process and eTools. The model and its key features are elaborated in the seminar through successful pilot case stories.
