ScanBalt Environment Network

A new project in ScanBalt is currently being initiated – The ScanBalt Environment Network. The project will focus on creating critical mass and knowledge transfer in biotech and life sciences inside Environmental Sciences involving both public and private partners. Says Noel Brings Jacobsen, Managing Director of Öresund Environment Academy and responsible for the project  “We believe there is a huge potential to be utilized if we strengthen bonds between research institutions and private companies operating in the environmental field in ScanBalt BioRegion having in mind the many different competencies and needs. We are optimistic, that we will be able to concretize the project more in details during 2004”
