TRAYSS PRIME is on the way
International management training program was successfully introduced
The concept of TRAYSS PRIME was received with interest and positive words at the two conferences “The 15th International Student Scientific Conference for Students and Young Doctors” in Gdansk/Poland and “ScanBalt Campus – Talents on Top of Europe” in Aarhus/Denmark where the project was recently presented.
TRAYSS PRIME, (FP6), offers training in project management, innovation and IP management as well as FP7 applications for young scientists in the field of life sciences.
“TRAYSS PRIME makes young researchers aware of the chancesto get more time, flexibility and money for their research projects. I am very pleased that the project was presented here to the public for the first time and I welcome back TRAYSS PRIME in Gdansk for their seminar series”; says Jaroslaw Meyer-Szary who is a student at the Medical Academy in Gdansk and Vice President of the Student’s Scientific Society of Medical University Gdansk.
ScanBalt Campus project manager Katarina Gårdfeldt from Göteborg University and Chalmers University of Technology was very positive to the European dimension of TRAYSS PRIME: “The contents of TRAYSS PRIME fit perfectly into the EU strategy to enhance the European research competitiveness. We know that we are doing excellent research. Combining management tools such as innovation management and the utilization of intellectual properties with laboratory brings research results closer to the markets and creates value – for researchers, society and academia.”
The seminars will be held as satellites to relevant international conferences where the first one is “Molecular Life Science 2007” in September in Hamburg/Germany. Subscription to the seminars as well as more information about TRAYSS PRIME can be found atwww.scanbalt.org/TRAYSS.
