Workshop: Healthy food with low eco-impact. Alternative proteins meet circular bioeconomy| 3 September 9:00-11:30 CEST
Event Date: 3 September 2021
Welcome to the joint online workshop of the Balt-PRO project and the ScanBalt bioeconomy group on Friday, 3 September 2021, 09:00 – 11:30 CEST
How could healthy food contribute to a more sustainable food system? We see an increase in alternative protein market share due to changing diets globally. But what about the ecological impact of it to reach sustainability goals? We would like to tackle this question and try on top to boost the transnational exchange of such local experiences to allow learnings from other practices. We also go one step further and start to look at the new EU funding possibilities and exchange on new project ideas. Maybe you get to know the right partner to complete a new value chain and thus bring innovation in the Baltic Sea Region.
Join this digital discussion forum with companies, research institutes and universities of the Baltic Sea Region about healthy food and circular bioeconomy accompanied by an EU funding overview and networking offers within the ScanBalt bioeconomy group.
