Living Labs are user-centered, open-innovation ecosystems often operating in a territorial context, integrating concurrent research and innovation processes within a public-private-people partnership. Co-creation and experimental testing of products in real-life are key aspects of Living Labs.
Transnational validation service process for innovative health products and services. The validation service process enables the Living Labs to better support SME’s from other countries. The process is based on SME needs and will be tested in 14 Living Lab pilots from 8 BSR countries.
The toolbox consists of questions divided into different thematic modules. Each module is accompanied with results’ range, so the living lab can follow its progress and assess the performing quality. The toolbox for LL self-assessment includes all the best theoretical and practical knowledge tested on partner Living Labs.
