Learn more about the funding programmes that are particularly relevant for life science companies and scientists: The EIC Accelerator and Pathfinder programmes. This overview of selected funding instruments can help to provide initial support, as applicants seek to identify the funding organizations that are a good match for their research projects.

The workshop will focus on two funding programmes:

• The EIC Accelerator supports individual Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), in particular, startups and spinout companies to develop and scale-up game-changing innovations.
• With its Pathfinder programme the EIC supports the exploration of bold ideas for radically new technologies. It welcomes the high-risk/high gain and interdisciplinary cutting-edge science collaborations that underpin technological breakthroughs.

The workshop is co-organised by EurA, the leading innovation consulting firm in Germany and Scanbalt, an innovation network that brings together academic and industrial research, university hospitals and non-university research institutions, study centres and highly specialised suppliers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technology sectors from different European countries and regions.
