The Approach

We participate in the virtual acceleration program as personalities and experts. We know, that communication has been shifted to virtual platforms and that awareness should help us to gain speed based on our experiences and conclusion in remote work from the last months.

The collaboration between among the community members will be empowered by the team of the Digital Health Cluster Latvia with K-i-E DecisionMaking to ensure an inspiring and efficient atmosphere, in which every participant will be able to promote and develop the own project.

Our community will be managed with agile methodologies and easy to use the application to enable successful networking and focus on each individual goal.

The Goal

The participants will receive guidance and administrative support during these 4 weeks. The program will coach on the challenges in remote work like match-making, rapid project drafting and resource management.

Therefore, the project management team of the Digital Health Cluster Latvia ensures the targeted collaboration, the qualitative collection and distribution of information among the participants. The result will be a set of project proposals and a powerful community for excellence in science and collaboration across disciplines, across industries and across borders.
