Working on both sides of the fence – citizen feedback loops in the public sector: Inspirational talk by Esther Davidsen at Life Sciences Baltics, ScanBalt Forum track

Esther Davidsen works on public-private projects within the field of health innovation. She is involved in a number of projects aiming at creating systemic changes and integrate methods from other fields in the health and care sector.

Esther is an entrepreneur and is currently setting up a new project, GUIDENonline, which will be the first online marketplace for welfare technology in Denmark with user feedback and ratings.

The elderly, their carers and relatives will be actively involved in exchanging user experiences, they can share thoughts on how they feel about a device or a service, and whether it makes them more independent and increases their quality of life.

The subject of the speech will be: How can we digitalise and create feedback loops, how can “likes” and “ratings” work within the health sector, what is at stake?.

Esther works on EU and national projects. She is a consultant, a workshop facilitator, advisor and an entrepreneur. She holds degrees in political sciences from Denmark, France and Belgium, as well as an MBA from the UK. She is also a certified EMCC coach.
