ScanBalt Forum is a parallel track on the second day, the 27th of September. It starts out with the annual general assembly for the association followed by a discussion of how to strengthen ScanBalt as an accelerator for macro-regional development. Fresh data from a stakeholder survey will be presented. Other sessions focus on Health IT SME development, business opportunities in south-east Asia and India-EU/BSR collaboration within the health sector.

Members of ScanBalt have strongly reduced particpation fee, paying only 250 EUR for full access, down from 400 EUR as the normal registration fee for Life Sciences Baltics is.
